The process

1. First round

Behaviours · 30 min

A conversation with Lee Lagdameo, our CEO. You’ll get a real feel for our culture and the role, and we’ll get to know your motivations, your background, and what drives you. We care about who you are, not just what you’ve done.

2. CTO interview

Skills · 30 min

A technical conversation with our CTO, Rebonto Zaman Joarder. We’ll dig into how you think and solve problems, and assess your fit for the role. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions and get to know your potential future manager.

3. Case study

Live challenge · 60 min

The best signal comes from doing. You’ll complete a live technical challenge that reflects the actual day-to-day of the role. Show us how you think, how you approach problems, and what you can build.

4. Final interview

Founders · 30 min

Lee and Reb sit down with you to hear your story: where you’ve been, what you’ve learned, and what shaped you. We’ll revisit anything either side wants to dig into further. Bring your biggest questions and ask them here.
